Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates consider factors like destination, chosen shipping options, and item preparation time. Calculate estimates by adding processing time to the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Process:

  • 5-10 business days + 1-3 business days processing time

Processing times vary by item. All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.

For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Not responsible for delays due to invalid addresses, customs, weather, holidays, disasters, stolen or carrier issues.

Holidays don't count as business days. Expect delays during high volume and unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel doesn't arrive within the specified time, contact us within 6 months (support@clovish.com).
